Interview blog

I interviewed Matthew Restell who wrote the book "2012, the end of the world" who is also a professer at Pennsylvania State University. He is a reliable source because he wrote I book on the topic and am researching and he has studied it for many years. I interviewed Mattew Restall through e-mail.
1) Is 2012 scaring everyday people?
"I can't say how many people are panicking, but audiences at my talks admit only to mild concern. Maybe a small number of folks will get panicky in December. But I think mostly it is a "fun" theme (like your Prom)."
2) Are Government preparing for the unknown events of 2012?
" I also know of no government plans on the matter."
3) Is the market using 2012 for their benefit?
"But it has certainly become a global commercial enterprise; a virtual industry. If you Google "2012 Countdown" you get various websites selling information and supplies. Plenty of people are hoping to profit from it all."
