Summary:
In this book, Stephen Covey explains a quick overview of the many ways of being successful, including the seven habits and the differences of dependencys. He tells that habits 1-3 is about self mastery, 4-6 is about teamwork, cooperation, and communication in success. Also interdependence is the most successful way of the dependencys because it involves teamwork and leadership. The fact of the matter is that without interdependence and habits 4-6 you are unable to work well with others and become a poor leader. This is connected with all the great leaders of our time because they could work well with their collegues thru teamwork, cooperation, and communication.
